Parking:
The UW offers our tenants limited parking on campus in the C-5 Parking Garage and in the W-39 lot. The cost is $360.00 per quarter per car. Priority for these spots is based upon lease start date. There is no on-site  parking at the Commodore Duchess Apartments.

Storage Lockers:
$25/month

Deposits:
$300 Hold/Redecoration fee

$200 Security Deposit

Lease Terms:

All leases end on July 31st.  Term is 12 months or from signing date until July 31st.
