Our position on the border of the UW campus gives residents nearly instant access to all that the University's expansive campus and surrounding neighborhood have to offer. Conveniently located on the West edge of Campus, the Commodore Duchess occupies the block of 15th Ave NE between 40th St and Campus Parkway. The excitement of the "Ave" is one block to the west and the Henry Art Gallery and Red Square are just across the street to the east.
